Shaqwil Marlow, 19, shot out the glass in the Vineland store’s entrance door, killing 23-year-old Luis J. Rivera Jr. as he was leaving just before midnight, the outlet reports.

Investigators with the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office said the shooting was not a random act.

Marlow was charged with first-degree murder, two weapons offenses, and criminal mischief for causing more than $2,000 in damage to the Wawa store. He is considered armed and dangerous, the prosecutor's office said.

Anyone with information about Marlow's whereabouts is urged to call Vineland Police Detective Christopher Fixler at 856-460-0806 or Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Detective Paul Panchesine at 856-332-6233.
